Lincoln-based internet marketing firm Spiral Media has acquired rival website agency Swanholme Graphics to expand its business.
Around 40 new clients bring the number of customers for Spiral, based at the Terrace, to over 100.
“It’s been a busy three years and we are delighted with the way the company has grown,” said director Phil Kelsey.
“But this deal has been a great opportunity to make a big jump forward and we are determined to capitalise on it.”
Since it was established in 2009, Spiral has secured contracts with companies across the UK.
They specialise on web design, SEO, social media and website hosting and support.
“We are excited to be welcoming new clients and working with them to make sure we can use a range of on-line marketing strategies to help them grow their businesses,” said director Miles Scudamore.
