In hospital with injuries: A man has been seriously injured in a single car crash on the A15 near RAF Waddington on Sunday morning.

A 24 year-old man has been seriously injured in a single car crash on the A15 near RAF Waddington on Sunday morning.

Emergency services attended the scene of the crash at 2.30am on April 26 after a black Hyundai left the road and crashed through the perimeter fence of RAF Waddington.

The driver from the Sleaford area, who was the only occupant of the car, was taken to Lincoln County Hospital with serious head and facial injuries.

The road was closed overnight and has reopened since,
