A man has been arrested after armed police, dogs and emergency services were called to a village north of Bourne.

Firearms teams from Boston were sent to Templemeads Close in Morton at around 10.45pm on Friday, December 16.

Residents have said that the police operation lasted well into the early hours of the morning.

Jarrod Cotter, 50, was arrested on suspicion of affray.
