Four arrested as police treat death of man outside Cleethorpes bar as murder

A man has been arrested on suspicion of murder.

Four people have been arrested as police are treating the death of a man in Cleethorpes as murder.

One man has been arrested on suspicion of murder, with another three arrested for offences related to the incident.

The assault near The Studio bar on Market Street happened at around 5pm on Sunday, September 3.

Paramedics, an ambulance and air ambulance were on the scene shortly before 5pm to treat a 58-year-old man.

Unfortunately, the man died from his injuries.

A spokesperson for Humberside Police said: “A number of people have come forward to provide us with vital witness accounts of the incident.

“If you have not been in touch with us but saw what happened, please call us on the non-emergency number 101 quoting log 369 of September 3.”
