Plans revealed for over 130 new homes in Saxilby

Developers plan to build more than 130 new homes in the village of Saxilby west of Lincoln.

Applicants Lovell have submitted the plans for 133 homes on land off Sturton Road and Church Lane to West Lindsey District Council.

Proposals include 14 affordable homes.

If approved, homes would be built on agricultural land

Plans include:

  • 46 two-bed homes
  • 51 three-bed homes
  • 36 four-bed homes

New access roads, footways, garaging and parking would also be constructed on the estate next to the B1241.

These proposals will be discussed at a later date by the planning committee at West Lindsey District Council.
