Drivers in the centre of Lincoln are facing major disruption due to a burst water main.
A section of Mint Street, Silver Street and Mint Lane is closed off to traffic while engineers work to repair the main.
Businesses and properties in the area have lost water supply.
Anglian Water predicted that the burst main would be fixed by around midday on Monday, March 5.
They said in a statement: “We’re working to repair a burst water main in your area so that we can get your supply back to normal as soon as possible, but it’s proving to be a complex job that is taking longer than we had originally hoped.
“This should now be completed by midday on Monday, March 5.”
