Five days of rainy weather ahead for Lincolnshire

Rain, rain, rain and more rain.

If you were planning a weekend outing make sure you don’t forget your coat and brolly as a week of wet weather has been forecast across Lincoln and Lincolnshire.

According to the Met Office, the next few days will be cloudy and damp, with extensive fog set to roll in overnight.

Don’t forget an umbrella! The Met Office is predicting a week of wet weather in Lincoln.

On Saturday there is a 50% chance of rain across the entire day, with similar chances on Tuesday.

Sunday looks to be the best of a bad bunch, with rain predicted before lunchtime but easing off as the day continues.

Heavy rainfall is almost guaranteed on Monday, with a 90% chance of rain for most of the day.
