The show will be hosted on the evening of Wednesday, September 19 and will raise thousands of pounds for St Barnabas Lincolnshire Hospice.
The Lincolnite is appealing to readers to nominate a deserving winner for the fantastic prize.
The chosen model will receive an outfit from the Waterside to wear on the night and keep after the show.
They will also be treated to hair styling by either Talking Heads or The Gentry.
Tickets to the event, which takes place in the centre and includes a glass of fizz on arrival and a free goody bag are on sale now, priced just £7.50 here.
The evening will be hosted by BBC Radio Lincolnshire’s Carla Greene.
St Barnabas was established as a charitable trust in 1979. Since then more than 80,000 Lincolnshire people have received free, high-quality, compassionate end-of-life care and support.
Today, St Barnabas, which requires £5.5 million a year to provide its services, runs 26 charity shops across Lincolnshire, employs 330 staff and has 1,000 volunteers who support patients and their families.
Our competition winner will be joining staff from New Look, Next, Roman Originals, Topshop Topman and Yours walking their latest collections down the catwalk.
As well as the fashion show, the night will feature live entertainment and competitions with some great prizes up for grabs.
