Man arrested over racial abuse in Lincoln

Police are appealing for witnesses

A 25-year-old man was arrested after an alleged hate crime in Lincoln over the weekend where the victim was racially abused.

The incident took place at around 1.40am on Saturday, October 20 on Beaumont Fee and police are appealing for witnesses to come forward.

A 25-year-old man was arrested at the scene and remained in custody over the weekend, but police have confirmed that he has since been released without charge.
