A new Post Office has opened its doors for the first time in a Lincoln village.

The Premier Sudbrooke village store took on the Post Office role on Monday, March 25.

Customers can now do their banking, withdraw cash, exchange money for foreign currency and send packages seven days a week.

It is open from 7am to 7pm Monday to Friday, from 7:30am to 7pm on Saturday and 8am to 5pm on Sunday.

Paul Johnson, Post Office area manager, said: “We want to make it as easy as possible for customers to pay their bills, withdraw cash from their bank accounts, and send and collect their mail at a time and place that suits them best.

“We know how important our services are to customers, and are confident that this brand new Post Office will ensure that people in the community have easy access to our services.”
