The new restaurant has created 22 jobs
A new independent restaurant and bar promising to serve up classic food in a relaxing setting is now open in Gainsborough
The Forge, 1a North Street across the road from Marshall’s Yard, officially opened its doors on Monday, February 17 under the new Travelodge.
It will be open from 8.30am to 10pm Mondays to Thursdays, 8.30am to 11pm on Fridays and Saturdays and 9am to 10pm on Sundays.
The Forge cooks up classic food.
Find it on the ground floor of the new Travelodge.
They have a breakfast menu, main menu, lunch menu and a full vegan menu which will all change over time to try and keep things fresh.
As well as the food, The Force also has a range of classic and contemporary cocktails, wines, artisan spirits, beers, and cask ale.
The new Gainsborough restaurant has created 22 jobs for chefs, managers, waiters, and waitresses.
