Spalding man avoids jail for Boxing Day stabbing due to pandemic delays

Jaroslav Bogdevic received a suspended sentence for 2017 assault

A man who carried out a stabbing during a Boxing day party in Spalding was spared jail after his case was delayed by the Covid pandemic.

Jaroslav Bogdevic, 37, was arrested in December 2017 after the victim suffered a stab wound to his thigh and was hit over the head with a wine bottle.
