Leadership ‘Requires Improvement’ at LIVES: Ex staff speak out after damning report

Former staff members at the LIVES have opened up about a “hostile and toxic environment” at the first responder charity, following a damning CQC report that said leadership and safety require improvement.

Lincolnshire Integrated Voluntary Emergency Service (LIVES) is a registered charity providing care, treatment and transport for sick and injured people in the county of Lincolnshire. The concept was devised in the 1970s before rebranding to LIVES in 2016.
