The RSPCA Lincolnshire Mid and Lincoln Branch, although under the umbrella of the National RSPCA, is a separately registered charity. The RSPCA Lincolnshire Mid and Lincolnshire branch is responsible for providing animal welfare in the geographic area, which covers from Lincoln to Gainsborough, through to Witham St Hughs and Woodhall Spa.
