The event being held at the Lincolnshire Showground on Saturday, August 12 is expected to bring together an estimated 5,000 lovers of cars, bikes, motorhomes, boats and vintage vehicles.

Live music will be hosted on the outdoor stage with a range of family friendly entertainment and activities in the park including a mobile climbing wall, bouncy castles and games.

Pistons in the Park Event Director Dean Graham said: “The response to the event has truly been overwhelming, we’ve been contacted by hundreds of car clubs from across the UK who are all excited by the prospect of a new event at such a great venue.

“The support from local business has been equally as strong with a large number of exhibitors and sponsors coming on board which will really help make the event something special.”

Leo Dack, Managing Director of Dack Motor Group, which is sponsoring Pistons in the Park, added: “Dack Motor Group are pleased to be supporting Pistons in the Park, there has already been a lot of people excited about going and we look forward to seeing customers old and new on the day!”

Paul Roose, Managing Director of Roose Motorsport, said: “Roose Motorsport Performance Silicone Hoses are keen to support Pistons in the Park as a main sponsor as it is a local event which Lincolnshire has been longing for, for some time.

“We aim to bring our gold plated Sierra RS Cosworth, BMW E46 M3 CS show cars and our newly built Mitsubishi Lancer Evo 8 2017 Time Attack Monster.”

Entry forms are open for those hoping to display their cars in the exhibitions or have a club stand, all of the details can be found on the website.
