The duo have worked together on 400 projects and are currently undertaking a multi-million pound project in Cheshire Oaks (pictured). The project details a new flagship store for Marks and Spencer which would be “the first complete new store that the retailer has build for 15 years.”

With this project City of Lincoln council will work along side Simons to make sure all structural and fire regulations are met. “We are proud of our work and relationship with Simons and long may it continue,” King said.
