Castle to host summer acting marathon

Airs and graces: Lincoln Castle will be hosting a theatrical open air festival between July and August.

Lincoln Castle will be playing host to the Summer Open Air Festival 2010 for a week-and-a-half this summer.

Arranged by Jamie Marcus Productions, the castle will be alive with various theatrical acts from July 23 to August 2.

Performances include SMart presenter Kirsten O’Brien, The Three Musketeers and Bouncers, an act of four bouncers who play various different characters on a crazy night out.

It is advised you bring your own chairs and picnics (no barbecues), as seating is not provided. Food and refreshments will be available throughout the performances.

Main castle doors open at 6.05pm. Tickets will vary depending on the performance and can be bought from the Lincoln Drill Hall box office.
