Robbed and punched for a mobile phone

Street robbery: A man was robbed and punched in the face in broad daylight for his phone by a teenager.

A 28-year-old Lincoln man was robbed of his mobile phone on October 17 as he was walking down the road in broad daylight.

The man was walking down Monson Street, Lincoln at about 12.40pm, when he was punched in the face and had his mobile phone stolen.

The street robber is described as around 17-years old, stocky, and with ginger hair.

Lincolnshire Police are now appealing for more information regarding this incident, and are asking any witnesses to come forward.
