Lincolnite and olympic skater Kelly Hemingway and coach Neil Chilcott will be wowing audiences as they open Lincoln’s Ice Rink this month.
The City Square ice rink, which opens on November 25, will host the pair’s performance at around 5.30pm.
Hemingway and Chilcott both train and the National Ice Centre in Nottingham, where ITV show Dancing on Ice is based.
They are appearing just after they come back from the British National Ice Skating Championships in Sheffield, a prestigious ice skating event.

Other skaters to make an appearance in Lincoln are talented ice stars Beth Whiteman, Elizabeth Bayliss, Lauren Atkinson, Joshua Brown and Rose Happe (pictured above).
Hemingway said: “Joshua Brown and I both live in Lincoln, but we are all thrilled about having the opportunity to celebrate the launch of the ice rink.
“Hopefully the young skaters will inspire other aspiring ice lovers to have a go and thoroughly enjoy themselves, or even encourage them to get more seriously into this sport.”
Organisers Lincoln BIG are hoping that the rink will be even bigger this year, and have already got at least 2,000 pupils coming to skate.
There will also be six penguin statues on the rink for children to hold onto if they fall.
