Langleys gain employment expert partner

New partner: A new employment law solicitor has joined the ranks of Langleys Lincoln.

Lincoln solicitors Langleys on Doddington Road welcomed a new partner to their employment law team.

Stephen Elliott has twelve years’ experience, with expertise in representation at Employment Tribunals, advice on employment aspects of corporate transactions and negotiation of exit/compensation packages.

He also can advise on data protection issues and training on employment law problems.

Elliott said: “It’s a very exciting time to join Langleys, which is one of the most renowned firms in Lincolnshire and Yorkshire for delivering such breadth and depth of legal expertise.”

Langleys’ Managing Partner David Thompson said: “Employment law is one area that faces growing demand in the current economic climate.

“Stephen brings to Langleys his specialist experience of helping businesses and senior executives with all aspects of employment law and HR best practice.”

He began his training at Punch Robson, Middlesborough then becoming a partner Ward Hadaway.

Elliott also contributes to publication Sinclair on Warranties and Indemnities.
