Essential maintenance work is to be carried out on Canwick Road this week, which could affect motorists’ traveling in and out of the city.
Works are being carried out on the overhead signals on the city’s south-east road’s tidal flow system.
The works are due to take place on March 24 at 7.30pm, and are hoped to take around two hours to complete.
The centre lane of the multi-lane road will be closed at times during the works, and the system between the inbound and outbound stages will also see changes during the work.
Motorists should check and follow the signals and signs on approaches, indicating which lanes are open.
