More than 30 street parties will take place across Lincolnshire on Friday, April 29 in celebration of the Royal Wedding.
Out of the 33 street parties in the county, seven will take place in Lincoln, on a street near you. Check out our list of street parties, so you can join in, or avoid the road closures.
Sit-down formal street parties seem to have started in 1919, celebrating the peace treaty after the First World War.
Street parties as we know them today were held in the 30s for the Silver Jubilee of King George Vth and the Coronation of King George VIth, as well as for the last Royal Wedding in 1981.
