City Odeon runs Harry Potter marathon

Movie Magic: Fans of the Harry Potter series can watch a marathon of the film adaptations ahead of the release of the final flick.

Lincoln’s Odeon will be holding a Harry Potter film marathon from July 8, in the run up to the release of the final wizard movie.

From Friday, fans of the JK Rowling series will be able to watch all seven of the Harry Potter films consecutively, each night for just £3 per film.

Last year’s film, Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows (Part 1), will be shown on July 14, ahead of the 12.01am release of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows (Part 2) on July 15.

Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows (Part 2) will be shown just after midnight across three screens in the Brayford Wharf Odeon, ahead of its national release later that day — the ticket cost for the last film will be full price.

To celebrate the upcoming finale of the series being in 3D, audiences also have the chance to purchase specially themed 3D glasses (pictured) for £2.99 (normal 3D glasses cost £1).

Tickets for the marathon can be bought at the Odeon Box Office or by calling 0871 22 44 007.
