— Update: Lincolnshire Police have confirmed that Clarissa Britton has been found safe and well.

She was found in Lincoln on September 20, and police would like to thank all the members of the public who helped with the investigation.

Lincolnshire Police say they are increasingly concerned for the wellbeing of a missing 15-year-old girl who was last seen in Lincoln.

Clarissa Britton went missing from a care home in Sleaford on Wednesday, September 7, and since then there have been reported sightings of her in the Lincoln area, but she has still not been found.

Clarissa suffers from depression and has had a psychiatric admission since her grandmother, with whom she was living, died. There are concerns about her missing her medication.

She is 5ft 2in tall, slim and has blue eyes, along with shoulder-length blond hair, which may have been dyed purple.

Lincolnshire Police is appealing for Clarissa, or anyone who has seen her or knows where she is, to get in touch on 0300 111 0300.
