Cigarettes worth £2,000 stolen from Lincoln petrol station

Cigarettes theft: Thieves broke in through the fire exit and stole more than £2,000 worth of cigarettes from a city petrol station.

Cigarettes worth more than £2,000 were stolen from a city petrol station on Saturday.

This took place at the Waitrose filling station, off Searby Road, between 10pm and 10.20pm on February 11.

Offenders broke in through the fire exit and stole more than £2,000 worth of cigarettes.

Police are appealing for anyone with with information to call on 101, or call independent charity Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
