Start-up expansion: 14 industrial units for expanding start-up businesses are being built at the Churchill Business Park in Bracebridge Heath.

Work is underway to build 14 industrial units for expanding start-up businesses at the Churchill Business Park in Bracebridge Heath.

The development, totalling 15000 square feet, is a partnership between Lincoln based developer Taylor Lindsey and North Kesteven District Council.

The scheme is due to be completed summer 2012 and Lincoln chartered surveyors and commercial agents Hodgson Elkington, are the sole letting agents for the scheme.

Marie Gutteridge of Hodgson Elkington, said: “These units provide an excellent opportunity for businesses in the south east of the city where historically there has not been one.

“We are already fielding enquiries from prospective occupiers before the scheme has progressed very far and are confident that a number of units will be occupied from completion.”

Units available range from 750sq. ft. to 1,250 sq. ft, with rents from £3,750 per year.
