Although an all-you-can-eat Chinese buffet in Lincoln has closed its doors, a commercial agent sees the unit as a great opportunity for entrepreneurs.
Banks Long & Co is looking for a new tenant for the Big Wok unit on Beaumont Fee, after being instructed by owner company Tragus.
Tragus also owns restaurants such as Café Rouge, Bella Pasta and Strada, and are keen for a new tenant to take over the premises.
The unit is just over 4,500 sq ft and can seat around 150 diners.
Banks Long & Co director James Butcher said: “We understand that the premises closed before Christmas and have been stripped out, so offer a new operator a blank canvas to fit out in their own style and apply their own branding.
“The premises have been home, over the years, to a number of privately owned and national chain restaurants, including Café Rouge, and before that Restaurant Italia.
“They are in a great location — a stone’s throw from the High Street, the University of Lincoln campus, the Odeon Cinema and the restaurants and bars around the Brayford Pool.
“The property is available on a new lease on flexible terms and we are expecting it to attract a good level of interest.”
More information will shortly be available on the unit on the Banks Long and Co website.
