Man robbed of gadgets on city street

Street theft: A man was robbed of his gadgets in the street in the city this week, and police want information.

Police are seeking information after a man was robbed in the street in Lincoln.

The incident took place at around 6.20pm on June 19 along Great Northern Terrace, where a 25-year-old local man was approached by two male offenders.

They punched him and stole cash, along with an iPod Touch and Blackberry Pearl mobile phone.

One of the offenders is described as white, around 25-years-old, of medium build and wearing a grey jumper and jeans.

The other was white, around 25-years-old, skinny and wearing a black jacket.

Police are appealing for witnesses, or anyone with any information on the suspects, to get in touch with them as soon as possible.
