A 54-year-old man from Brigg has died following a collision on the A46 in Lincoln on Monday.
The incident happened at around 2.40pm on February 25 between the Pennells and Swinderby roundabouts.
Two lorries collided and one of the vehicles shed its load. Emergency services attended the scene and Fire and Rescue freed one of the drivers.
A 54 year-old man from Brigg, who was driving one of the HGVs, died following the incident. He has not been formally named.
The section of the road was closed until around 8.30am on Tuesday morning for Lincolnshire Police to carry out scene investigations.
