Two empty Lincoln business units filled by local companies

No vacancies: Two units in Chieftain Way Business Park have been let recently by Hodgson Elkington.

Two units in Chieftain Way Business Park have been let in the past week, filling empty units in Lincoln.

Chieftain Way off Tritton Road houses a number of business units, just behind a busy retail park, suitable for a number of businesses.

Unit 7 Chieftain Way is being let by local business The Car Key Man.

Proprietor Steve Bulleyment said: “We have relocated the business to what I feel is a more prominent position. The unit will provide our customers with onsite parking and easy access.”

Meanwhile, the second letting went to Beds 4 U, a local retailer specialising in bedroom furniture.

Both lets were agreed by chartered surveyors Hodgson Elkington.

Matthew Johnson of Hodgson Elkington said: “I am pleased to see local businesses securing premises which will enable them to unlock their potential further.

“The estate is proving very popular and we have just placed the last remaining unit under offer.”
