Pedestrian injured: A 24-year-old local man is being treated for injuries sustained in a collision with a car in Lincoln.

A 24-year-old local man is being treated for injuries sustained in a collision with a car in Lincoln on Sunday night.

The incident happened at around 10.25pm on June 9 on Moorland Avenue in Lincoln.

A white Vauxhall Zafira collided with a 24-year-old pedestrian from the local area.

He was taken to Lincoln County Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

Lincolnshire Police are appealing for any witnesses to contact them via the 101 number quoting incident 435 of June 9, 2013.
