Lincoln lettings firm expands with sales division

New sales division: Lincoln property agency Pip Lettings has launched a new division to include property sales.

Lincoln property agency Pip Lettings has launched a new division to include property sales under the umbrella of Pip Property Group.

The new sales business will sell residential properties within Lincoln and a 15-mile radius for both homeowners and landlords, including properties which are currently let and are being sold as a going concern.

A new website designed by Lincoln Marketing Agency has been created to allow property hunters to browse the sale and rental markets.

Pip property listings will also continue to appear on Rightmove and Zoopla websites.

Director Michael Hollamby said: “It had been something we’d planned to do eventually, but the demand was already coming in from landlords we either currently represent or ones we’d previously worked for asking us to sell properties on their behalf.

“It just made sense that we took that further and opened up a fully fledged sales division to meet that demand now.

“We opened Pip Lettings six years ago as we didn’t believe the there was enough flexibility in the market place to fit into the schedule of people who were at work during the week.

“The market is getting stronger every day, so we expect great things from the sales side of the business. Landlords with pip Lettings can also benefit from a more comprehensive service as we can now buy and sell properties on their behalf.”
