Police search for two men in connection with Lincoln petrol station assault

CCTV appeal: Police are hoping to identify two men in relation to an unprovoked assault of a 39-year-old man at a Lincoln petrol station.

Police are hoping to identify two men in relation to an alleged unprovoked assault of a 39-year-old local father at a Lincoln petrol station.

As previously reported, the victim was passing the Co-op Winning Post petrol station on Carholme Road at around 9.40pm on Friday, October 10 when he was approached and attacked by two men.

Police are looking to identify and speak to the men shown in CCTV pictures to see if they can assist with the enquiry.

Anyone who recognises the men, or are the individuals pictures, is asked to contact Lincolnshire Police on the non-emergency number 101 quoting incident number 141 of October 11.
