New Red Arrows-themed rollercoaster unveiled in Blackpool

The new £2 million Red Arrows Skyforce attraction is 72 feet high and will take thrill-seekers on a 360 degree tour of the skies above the resort.

Once back on the ground, holidaymakers can also check out a dedicated Red Arrows shop, featuring exclusive merchandise and souvenirs designed for Blackpool Pleasure Beach.
Red 10, Squadron Leader Mike Ling, helped officially launch the ride and also met cadets from 177 (Blackpool Airport) Sqn ATC.

Following the show, the Red Arrows head abroad for a display in Corsica, before performing at the Vaxjo Air Show in Sweden at the start of June.

Anyone who does a lap of Lincoln High Street will have noticed a number of odd tarmac fillings on the pedestrianised area, which stick out like a sore thumb given how they are weaved between brickwork and cobbled areas.
