Police are searching for a man who robbed a woman in her early 70s who was on a day out in Lincoln city centre.
The woman was near BHS on High Street at around 3.30pm on Friday, July 31 when she was pushed from behind by an unknown man.
He stole her purse from her handbag before heading north up High Street and then turning down a nearby alleyway.
The woman was not hurt during the incident but is said to have been left shaken and upset as a result.
Police have described the man as being of thin build, tall, with brown hair.
He was wearing a purple top, a blue hat and had a bag on his back.
Investigating officers would like to speak to anyone who witnessed the incident, or anyone who saw a man matching the description in the area at the time.
Anyone with information in relation to the robbery is asked to contact Lincolnshire Police on 101 quoting incident 247 of July 31.
