Police have officially released the name of the 53-year-old man who tragically died in a road accident on August 11.
Jonathan Green died on August 11 when his white Bonneville motorbike collided with a silver Audi TT on the junction of Tritton Road and Skellingthorpe Road in Lincoln.
His heartbroken family have released the following short statement:
“On the 11th August, Jonathan Green was on his way home from work on his motorbike when he was involved in a collision. Tragically, he died at the scene. He leaves a huge hole in our lives and words can’t describe how devastated the family is feeling. Jonathan was a dedicated father and a friend to everyone.”
The 25-year-old Lincoln woman who was driving the Audi was arrested on suspicion of causing death by careless driving.
She has since been released on police bail to return to Lincoln Police Station pending further enquiries.
Investigating officers are keen to interview anyone who witnessed the crash who they have not already spoken to.

Two Nottingham women who admitted assisting in the management of a brothel which was operating in the north of Lincoln have been spared immediate jail sentences.
Sylvia Chanda, 57, and Lombe Yamelezi, 36, both of High Main Drive, Bestwood, Nottingham, each pleaded guilty to a charge of keeping a brothel between 27 March 2017 and 4 October 2018.
