Firefighters have tackled a fire at a car port on Webb Street in Lincoln.

Plumes of smoke were filling the air in the High Street and Newark Road area shortly after 4pm on Wednesday.

The fire broke out in the Newark Road area of Lincoln.

Four crews from Lincolnshire Fire and Rescue have attended at the fire at the end of Webb Street.

The car port and three vehicles inside have been severely damaged, as well as the rear doors of two properties.

No serious injuries have been reported.

The cause of the fire is unknown at this stage.
