Brothers welcome all to shooting victims’ funeral in Spalding

The funeral of mother and daughter, Claire and Charlotte Hart will take place in Spalding today.
Claire, 50, and Charlotte Hart, 19, were understood to have been shot by father and husband, Lance Hart at a Spalding swimming pool car park on July 19.

The funeral of the mother and daughter will take place at All Saints Church in Moulton, where brothers, Luke and Ryan Hart have said everyone is welcome to attend.
The brothers and sons of Charlotte and Claire have requested that all those who attend should “wear smart clothing with some bright colours.”
The service will take place at 10.30am.
A memorial website has also been launched by Luke and Ryan in tribute to their mother and sister to celebrate their lives.

The website was in memory of their mum and sister and aim to raise money for Wood Green animal charity, which was close to their hearts.
The pair has so far raised £1,235 for the charity.
One of Charlotte’s close friends, Lauren Stevens said in tribute: “Charlotte, you have been one of my closest friend for nearly all my life.
“I have been so privileged to have such a kind hearted person in my life.
“Claire, you have always been so kind to me and it was always lovely to see your smile in the mornings before school.
“Two amazing women who will never be forgotten.”
Further unpublicised arrangements have been made for Lance Hart.

Parking fines brought in nearly £1.5 million for Lincolnshire County Council last year, creating a £16,000 profit for the authority – but officers are warning leaders of rising costs.
