A man has died after a crash on the A16 in Sibsey on Sunday, December 4 – the 60th fatal collision in Lincolnshire this year.

The crash, which happened at around 12.08pm at the junction with Northlands, involved a red Renault Modus and a green Kawasaki motorbike.

A man was taken to Pilgrim Hospital by ambulance but died shortly after.

The A16 was closed until around 5.30pm.

Lincolnshire Police have not released any further details at the time of publishing.

PS Ewan Gell, the Senior Investigating Officer, is appealing for witnesses to the collision, or anyone that has any information not already provided.
