Police are investigating a number of break-ins which took place over the last week.

A number of items have been stolen from properties including coin collections and money.

Isaac’s Hill

On Thursday, April 13 a guest house on Isaac’s Hill was broken into.

It has been reported that the guest house was broken into between 6pm on Thursday and 10am on Friday, April 14.

It is not known if anything was stolen.

Anyone with any information should call 101 quoting log 237 of April 14.

Freeman Street

It was reported that a pub on Freeman Street was broken into between 11.45pm on April 14 and 4am on April 15.

A number of coin collections were stolen from the pub’s private first floor accommodation.

Among the collections were 50p Olympic and Kew Garden coin sets.

Along with damage to two doors, cash was also stolen.

Frederick Ward Way

Between 4.30 and 4.50am on April 15, the Captain’s Cove on Frederick Ward Way was broken into.

A small amount of cash was stolen and damage to a door was reported as a result of the burglary.
