Sneak peek inside £250k luxury One the Brayford show flat

The first show home in the £20 million One the Brayford development is complete and The Lincolnite took an exclusive sneak peek of the luxury apartment ahead of viewings.

The new exclusive residential development will see 89 luxury apartments built on Brayford Wharf North, priced between £130,000 and £500,000.

It is expected the apartments will be completed by early November.

So far, 45% of the apartments have been sold before viewings have began, with another 400 people on a waiting list.

Each apartment will have a luxe interior fit-out and state-of-the-art technological capability.

One bed flats range between £130,000 and £190,000, two bed flats range between £160,000 and £385,000 and three bed flats range between £375,000 and £500,000.

The show home we looked at today would cost £249,950.

The multiplex development incorporates Mill House, formerly occupied by Mouchel, and Viking House, which is currently used by Jobcentre Plus.

The buildings are being refurbished by Lincoln-based Jackson & Jackson Developments Ltd.

The ground floor space will also include restaurants and office space with tenants to be confirmed.

Ben Martin, Project Manager for Jackson and Jackson told The Lincolnite: “What makes these apartments special is the location, being on the Brayford and obviously being a city centre location.

“There is nothing like that in the city at the moment. Last something like this was built was Witham Wharf and that was over 10 years ago so we are giving something different to the City of Lincoln.”
