Wes Floyd, founder of the Smile and Laughter Festival, said: “The Laughter Festival attracts positive people from around the country who come along to sing, dance, laugh and play because these are the fundamental elements to living a joyful life.
“Our goal is simply to help as many people as possible to feel good from the inside out, in a way that is natural, sustainable and lots of fun.”
Laughter is believed to be a therapeutic practice which can lead to increased happiness, health and wellbeing.
