Police and the NHS are appealing for information after a man died in hospital last week. Stuart Smith, 60, and of Darnholm Court, Grimsby, died at the Diana Princess of Wales Hospital on June 14. Police and the NHS are appealing for information after a man died in hospital last week.

Stuart Smith, 60, and of Darnholm Court, Grimsby, died at the Diana Princess of Wales Hospital on June 14.

An appeal has now been issued to locate Stuart’s next of kin.

He had previously lived in Hull.

Northern Lincolnshire and Goole NHS Foundation Trust is trying to locate Stuart’s next of kin and asks that anyone who is able to help locate them contact Sarah Davy on 03033 302658 or [email protected].
