Plans submitted by Taylor Wimpey East Midlands would see the new homes build on land east of Grantham Road.

If proposals are approved, 187 homes would be built, with 45 of these properties being affordable homes.

If plans are approved 187 homes would be built in Waddington

The homes would be built on 6.2ha of land and would be situated close to RAF Waddington.

Overall, the area would include 187 homes, a children’s play area, landscaping, a foul water pumping station and an electricity sub-station.

Councillors at North Kesteven District Council will discuss the plans at a later date.
