Traffic chaos as three youths try to climb Humber Bridge

Three youths who tried to climb the Humber Bridge this morning have brought traffic to a standstill this rush hour.

The youths have been escorted off the bridge following reports that they were attempting to climb onto the cables on the southbank side on the West footpath.

Humber Bridge staff escorted the youths off the bridge and no-one was injured.

However, commuters are being warned to expect significant delays on both sides of the bridge.
