Fire crews rescue person from car after crash near Coningsby

Three people were injured in the incident.

Fire crews rescued a person from a car following a two-vehicle crash near Congingsby.

The incident happened at around 9.30am on Thursday, November 2 on the A153 southbound, Tumby Road.

Two cars were involved in the incident, with the two drivers and a passenger being injured.

The driver of one of the vehicles has been taken to Boston Pilgrim, with collar bone and ankle injuries.

The passenger of the second vehicle also suffered non-serious injuries, however did no attend hospital.

A section of the road was closed temporarily, however this has now been reopened.

Police are dealing with this under incident number 94 of November 2.
