A three-phase project to build 33 new homes in a Lincoln village will begin early next year.

The new homes will be released in three phases with the first phase due for completion by Christmas next year.

The land was bought by Truelove Property & Construction from Lincs Design Consultancy Ltd around six-months-ago for an undisclosed sum.

Matt Truelove, the son of Truelove Property & Construction co-director Paul Truelove, will begin work on the development of 33 new homes in Scothern under his own company Deer’s Leap Properties.

Matt said: “I’ve worked for the family business since leaving school and currently manage my own property company too.

“This is set to be the most exciting development I’ve been a part of so far as Scothern is a really beautiful village. We’re glad to be adding to its unique charm.

“The new homes will be a mix of three, four and five-bedroom properties, complete with integral and detached garages.

“They’re designed to match the trademark specification of a Truelove property which means making sure we offer bespoke and customised finishes.

“We are also building eight affordable houses which will consist of one, two and three bedrooms.”
