A cyclist was left unconscious and with facial injuries off Skirbeck Road in Boston after a hit and run with a red people carrier.
The incident was reported to police just before midnight on Wednesday, March 14,
A male cyclist was reportedly knocked down and left injured at around 11.30pm.
A red people carrier is believed to have collided with the cyclist, who had lights at both the front and rear of the bicycle.
The vehicle would have suffered front-end damage, police said.
Anyone who witnessed the collision, or who has noticed a red people carrier with sudden front-end damage, is being asked to contact police on 101 quoting incident number 481 of March 14.
Police are asking for the driver of the vehicle, who may be unaware of what happened or the severity of it, but remembers being on Skirbeck Road at that time to come forward.
