Police appeal after man goes missing from hospital

Concerns for his welfare.

Police are appealing for help after a 41-year-old man went missing from hospital in Scunthorpe.

David Crowley walked out of Scunthorpe General Hospital towards Highfield Avenue around 6.45am this morning.

Humberside Police say they are concerned for his welfare as he was receiving treatment which he has not completed.

David is originally from the Leicester area and is believed to have links with Goole, Hull, Doncaster, Harrogate and Thames Valley.

Police say David told hospital staff that he has no friends or family.

David Crowley is of small build, has shoulder length hair and was wearing dark clothing with a black hat. He was carrying a large, distinctive orange and black rucksack when he went missing.

Police are urging anyone with information to call 101, quoting log 72 if 13/03/2018.
