Snow warning issued for Lincolnshire tomorrow

The Met Office has issued another weather warning for snow in Lincoln tomorrow.

As the county begins to feel fully recovered from a bout of heavy snow and disruption last week, residents are being warned of the potential for more wintry weather.

A yellow warning for snow has been issued from midnight and 11am on Thursday, March 8.

Forecasters said: “Sleet and snow for upland areas and some lower ground as well overnight and during Thursday morning.

“Some roads and railways are likely to be affected with longer journey times by road, bus and train services.”

Forecasts currently show temperatures will be around two degrees celsius at the lowest tomorrow morning, but will rise to about seven degrees in the afternoon.
